 A healthy meal for a diet plan should be balanced and include all essential nutrients. Here is an example of a healthy meal that can be included in a diet plan:

Grilled Chicken Breast with Roasted Vegetables and Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, and onions)
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place chicken breast on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.

  3. In a separate baking dish, toss mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.

  5. Serve the grilled chicken breast with the roasted vegetables and quinoa salad on the side.
